Caudalie Teint Divin Mineral Tinted Moisturiser

Caudalie Teint Divin Mineral Tinted Moisturiser

Tinted moisturiser is one of my warm weather essentials, as a good one will even out your skintone while giving a hint of natural, healthy colour.

And when you’ve got a bit of a summer glow going on, it’s much more effective than standard foundation for enhancing a sunkissed look with just enough coverage.

But it’s not all plain sailing with tinted moisturisers, as sometimes it can be a challenge finding a flattering shade, especially if you’re fair skinned.

Caudalie’s mineral based tinted moisturiser, Teint Divin (£18), is not a new product but certainly worthy of a mention now the weather is on the turn (hopefully).

It”s packed with skin-friendly ingredients including hyaluronic acid and the brand’s signature anti-oxidant grape polyphenols that wage war on free radicals.

The non-comedogenic formula won’t clog pores, and does not contain parabens, phthalates, mineral oil or sodium laureth sulfate.

The texture is creamy and the colour, which is ever so slightly light-reflecting, will self-adjust to your skintone for a fairly sheer finish.

I have been testing the shade Light to Medium – it also comes in Medium to Dark. As you can see from the swatch the colour looks quite dark initially, but blend and blend again. I’m fair and I was slightly concerned but it was fine. If you’re really pale this may not work for you.

It blends beautifully and sinks into the skin, evening it out and warming it up nicely. You may need to get the concealer out for more noticeable blemishes, however.

Caudalie Teint Divin Mineral Tinted Moisturiser is available from Caudalie Boutique Spa, 39 Monmouth Street, London WC2H 9DD, and www.lookfantastic.com.
