The latest gloss…

The latest gloss…

It’s been a long, cruel winter, and so I’ve been keeping an eye out for moisturising colours for lips, as mine have been crying out for nourishment (and I’ve lost my Carmex).

But having recently discovered the glosses in the B. range, I am happy to report that my lips are already feeling much more hydrated.

This new range is full of the kind of skin-loving ingredients that you want your skincare and cosmetics to contain, and, along with the brilliant B. Pure Micellar Cleansing Water which you must try if you haven’t already, the B. lip glosses, £4.99 each, are perfect for this transitional time of year, when you may be looking for a, dare I say the word – summery slick of colour with added moisturising benefits.

The two I have in my makeup bag right now are B. Glossy Shimmering Lip Gloss in Ruby, a slightly shimmery gloss with just enough pink to give lips a full, juicy look, and B. Brilliant Rich Colour Lip Gloss in Hibiscus, a flesh/nude for those who just need or want a hint of a tint.

Staying power is pretty good too, although I don’t recommend prolonged bouts of smooching unless your recipient is happy to receive a mouthful of gloss.

Go check them out exclusively at Superdrug stores, or online at bisforbeautiful.co.uk.

PS: While you should know that I work for B. in a professional capacity, this review is completely honest and unbiased.

I’ve never seen this lip gloss in the US., but this was a nice review. Oh man, if I lost my Carmex, I would be out and buying a new one ASAP. Chapped lips make me super grumpy. 😛

Thanks Sam – I agree, losing your Carmex is traumatic to say the least!
