If you like your lip balms fun, colourful and sweetly scented, you’ll love the new Baby Lips collection from Maybelline (£2.99 each).
Already a massive hit in the States, there are six ‘flavours’ in the line-up, three of which contain SPF20 protection, while the other three are subtly tinted.
Choose from Hydrate with a lemon basil scent and SPF20, Mint Fresh with a mint scent and SPF20, Intense Care with a cherry almond scent and SPF20 (pictured above), Pink Punch with a passion fruit scent and soft pink tint, Cherry Me with a cherry scent and a pop of red, and Peach Kiss which has a nude flush tint and a peach scent.
Containing shea butter, centella (which helps to plump lips with moisture), powerful antioxidants and vitamins, they provide hydration for up to eight hours.
I’m currently using Intense Care which smells edible and does indeed keep your lips feeling super-soft. So affordable, too! They’re out now from the usual stockists.
