Here’s another clever innovation from the wonderful world of beauty – bespoke shampoo. And why not; your hair does need different care at different times, so the mixology concept actually makes complete sense to me.
The idea is that you choose one of four base blend formulas, then you add two (out of eight) SuperSerum ‘shots’ of your choice into the mix to create a shampoo (or ShampYou) to suit your unique hair type. Each blend is parabens and silicone free and 256 blend combinations can be created!
With the Bakhour base blend I was prescribed Gimme More Moisture SuperSerum which contains aloe, cucumber and panthenol, and High Definition Blonde SuperSerum which is enriched with natural chamomile.
I haven’t tried my unique blend yet (which, by the way smells absolutely gorgeous) as I only wash my hair once a week, but I’m looking forward to seeing the results and will of course let you know!
